Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM} of BIFC

2nd Extra Ordinary Genera] Meeting of Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited (BIFC) held on 29th November, 2011 in the city recently. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Major (Retd.) Abdul Mannan. The Directors; Managing Director, Mr. Mahmood Malik and Deputy Managing Director & Company Secretary, Mr. Inamur Rahman, Senior Executives and a large number of shareholders of the company attended the EGM. In the meeting, the face value of the company's share has been changed to Tk. 10.00 only at par from existing Tk. 100.00 at par and the market lot of shares has been re-detennined at 500 from existing market lot of 50.
