Complain Cell

“In terms of DFIM circular letter no. 13/2011 of Bangladesh Bank dated- August 02, 2011, Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company Limited (BIFC) has formed a “Complaint Cell” to resolve the complaints of clients. The “Complaint Cell” is consisted of following officials of BIFC:
